100% pure, ceremonial Cacao
Our ceremonial cacao is a single-ingredient product made from 100% organic, wild-grown cacao beans. The fine cacao “Trinitario” which combines Criollo's aromatic complexity and finesse with the robustness of Forastero is the prevalent type on the island of Flores.

On Flores, we source directly and ethically traded from small family farms. These farmers have practiced sustainable and regenerative agriculture in harmony with the natural ecosystem for centuries.
​
To guarantee fast, uniform, and monitored fermentation and drying of the beans, we set up our proprietary facility (“House of Beans”) close to the farming communities.
